Evergreen

There was green focused

In the midst of season change

Greyness emptying

Griechische Tragödie – (Greek Tragedy)”

Für einen Moment war ich im Dunkeln – (For a moment I was in the dark)

Das Licht hat weg geflogen – (The light has flown away)

Und am Boden war es Kalt. – (And on the ground it was cold.)

Jetzt seh’ ich durch die Wolken. – (Now I see through the clouds)

Ich fühl’ mich rausch hier, – (I feel intoxicated here,)

Wenn ich Sie ansehe. – (When I look at you.)

Sie mussen mein Ticket in die Ewigkeit sein. – (You must be my ticket to eternity.)

Elements

Skidding upon the surface of Water

Hills and mountains growing out of the Earth

With beaming sunlight starting a Fire

The blue jay glides through the Air

Bucket Hat

She is kneeling by the bank

Fishing pole tucked by her side

Music filling the space

And a breeze carrying nature

The water calmly filling into a lake

On a day with no concerns

Turn

Their smile tell me secrets

At a time past zero

I can feel the warmth

Of intoxication

Because their look comforts me

  1. I feel like I haven’t commented in a while, but I love what you’ve been posting lately! I always like your poems but I’m liking the experimentation with different formats and stuff too. really cool!
