Saying ‘maybe later,’ lays off the question.
Knowing that they only do this for the attention.
You try to avoid the peer pressure.
But they keep nagging you and you know finding new friends would be better.
Thing is, peer pressure is infested in every group of friends.
With at least one person following the stupid trends.
Demanding the rest also to do it.
But you give them a simple ‘maybe later,’ hoping they would quit.
Some people don’t know maybe mostly means no.
They still continue bothering you, so here’s some advice; let them go.
